The Port of La Napoule is in front of the apartment, the sunset is not to be missed.

We no longer present the French Riviera, a paradise for beautiful holidays in any season, even in winter. The Mediterranean Sea so blue in all seasons, the light so beautiful, the atmosphere so pure… The Côte d’Azur is a region with a sunny and mild climate, known all over the world.

It was the English who first made it their favourite residence in winter, as early as the mid-19th century.

After developing 15 exceptional apartments in Alsace, a wine region with villages straight out of fairy tales, we are happy to present our first holiday accommodation on the Côte d’Azur, in the bay of Cannes in La Napoule.

The 11m2 terrace facing the sea is a real living room.

This apartment is a real romantic nest for 2 people, very well distributed and wonderfully well located.

The terrace is wonderfully sunny, from the first rays of sunshine you can enjoy it, even in winter.

The site is sheltered from the prevailing winds by the Esterel Mountains. In this part of the bay, the sea is almost always calm and offers safe anchorage for boats as well as easy access to the hinterland. This is why since the Middle Ages, lords, pirates and other kingdoms have fought tirelessly for control of the La Napoule site. The eventful history of the Château de La Napoule is here to testify to it!

This exceptional strategic location has now become an asset for the quality and pleasure of your stay and holidays: sunny and well-carmed site of the Mistral but with immediate access to the superb Esterel massif; many beaches and sheltered coves; calm sea for a safe swim and pleasant boat trips. In La Napoule, there are few days when sea rolls and packages break out on the beach.

Icing on the cake: in La Napoule, you are only 7 kilometres from Cannes (TGV) and 35 kilometres from Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

About thirty restaurants are within walking distance from our holiday apartment.

This apartment is a real romantic nest for 2, very well distributed and wonderfully located. The residence is hidden behind a curtain of umbrella pines and palm trees, on the seafront of Mandelieu La Napoule, in one of the most beautiful sites in the Bay of Cannes.

The 11 m2 terrace facing the sea, the marina, the beach and the castle is a real additional living room in this region of the Côte d’Azur with such a mild climate.

The terrace is covered and equipped with electric blinds.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm). It is also a bed-box that is easily lifted to access a spacious storage space (for your suitcase for example). The bedroom has a large bay window with direct access to the terrace.

Two cupboards with wardrobes allow you to arrange your personal belongings there.

The comfortable sofa has been tailor-made to optimise the space.

From the entrance, you access an open and well-equipped kitchen where you will find quality appliances… There are many practical utensils: Nespresso percolator, Italian coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle…

Microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster… cook like at home. But know that about thirty restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment.

Our charming holiday apartment in La Napoule is extremely bright.

Enjoy a Fibre Optic internet connection, perfect for entertainment or if you need to work TV.

The bathroom opens en suite to the bedroom. In reality, it is no longer a bathroom. We removed the existing bathtub to replace it with a large and comfortable shower, much more practical and also safer for people who have difficulty moving.

A washing machine-drying machine completes the equipment and will do a good service for longer stays.

The toilets are independent and have a basin. Access is directly from the living area, without going through the room.

A beautiful flat screen gives you access to a multitude of television programs, including international ones. The apartment’s fibre optic internet connection will allow you to stay in touch with family and friends but also to prepare your stay program.

You will see that even in winter, from December to February, it is not uncommon to have lunch on the terrace.

Parking:
We have an underground parking space in our residence opposite the port of La Napoule in the bay of Cannes! Certainly, the square is narrow, because walls have been raised to the left and right. It would therefore only be for small cars, such as Fiat 500 or Smart, or any other car with a maximum width of 1.70 m. If you arrive by plane in Nice-Côte-d’Azur, you can rent this type of car. If you have a larger car you can access the underground garage to unload your luggage in front of the elevator before getting out and parking your vehicle in one of the many free public squares on Henry Clews Avenue.
